Fulfillment Channels

Shipper supports every channel your orders flow through, each with the right label format, document set, and ASN structure for that destination.

Drop Ship

Supplier ships directly to the end consumer on behalf of a retailer. Requires consumer-facing labels, retailer-branded packing slips, and an ASN back to the retailer confirming each shipment.

Direct to Consumer (DTC)

Brand ships directly from their own facility to end customers via parcel carriers. Supports rate shopping, consumer-facing documentation, and tracking updates back to order systems.

Direct to Store

Supplier ships cartonized or palletized orders directly to individual retail store locations. Requires store-specific labels, routing compliance, and ASNs structured by store destination.

Distribution Center (DC)

Bulk shipments to a retailer or distributor's DC. Typically palletized with SSCC labels, pallet ASNs, and routing instructions provided by the buyer via a 753/754 exchange.

Pack Methods

Different orders require different packing approaches. Shipper supports both.

Pick & Pack

Items are picked individually from inventory and packed into cartons at the time of shipment. Each carton may contain a mix of SKUs.

Common in DTC, drop-ship, and multi-line retail orders where contents vary per shipment.

Standard Pack

Pre-configured cartons contain a fixed quantity of a single SKU. Pack configuration is known in advance and consistent across shipments.

Common in wholesale and retail replenishment where buyers order in standard case quantities.

Labels & Documents

Every shipment goes out with the right paperwork, compliant and ready for receiving.

GS1-128 Carton Labels

Retailer-compliant carton labels with GS1-128 barcodes, SSCC numbers, and all required fields. Generated per trading partner spec automatically.

SSCC Pallet Labels

Serial Shipping Container Code labels for pallet-level shipments, structured to meet retailer and 3PL receiving requirements.

Packing Slips

Printed with each shipment. Supports both standard and retailer-branded pack slip formats, including drop-ship packing slips on behalf of a retail buyer.
