What is the Default Price Listed in Each plan Mean?
This is the default price paid per credit used if you don’t have any credits left in your balance after using up any credit bundles and monthly allowances.
How many hours do I have to spend with salespeople to just get pricing and get started?
You’re in the process of subscribing to our service online! We don’t pay for expensive sales people. We have account representatives to help you navigate any issues, but we don’t need to waste your time with sales presentations.
This seems Too Good to Be true. What is the catch?
We think EDI pricing is broken in the market. A lot of EDI companies have become very inefficient with massive overhead that doesn’t benefit you. Whether it’s hundreds of salespeople, systems cobbled together with duct tape or support that takes weeks or months to respond to you…there is a BETTER way.
No, seriously. How do you sustain this aggressive of a business model?
EDI is a commodity and truly does not change as often or significantly as some providers leave you to believe. We also resell our platform through partners to help us scale with lower sales fees.
Why do you use a credits system?
We don’t add in unnecessary services or bloated contract fillers that you don’t need. The credit system makes sure that you only pay for the amount of transactions that you need. We are incentivized by offering an outstanding EDI platform with excellent support. It’s a win-win for both sides.
How do I know if my account is going to run out of credits?
We provide visibility to your credit balance and notify your account admin when you’re within 20% of your purchased balance.
Can I provide a re-subscription preference to recharge my bundles?
Yes! We have an option in our billing to mark if you want to reuse your same bundle when your traffic exhausts the current bundle and monthly allotment.
How much do I pay for labels?
If you use our EDI platform labels are included. It’s really not as difficult as some people say.
I have a seasonal business model. How does this pricing model benefit me?
Most EDI providers have tiered pricing, meaning you commit to a monthly tier that either covers your monthly volume or you get trapped into paying overage fees for additional transactions.
